What is the name of the part located on the bottom of the deck plate that covers the [sump] pump access [on a 2012 170 MONTAUK boat]?

[The part to be identified] is a small pin with a ball at the end which fits into a receiver to hold the plate in place. Mine are bent over and need replacement.

[What is a] good source [for the part to be identified]?

Thanks.

See this drawing for a 2012 170 MONTAUK boat:

The component you are asking about may be shown and identified by a CALLOUT designator. Check the part list by CALLOUT number to see if the part you need to be identified is shown.

You can find drawings like this on the WHALER.COM website.

For help in using the resources available on WHALER.COM I have written instructions. See

How to use the WHALER.COM Website To Locate Drawings

I believe you will find that the part you are asking to be identified is not shown as a separate part in the assembly drawing I have linked above. Contact a Boston Whaler dealer or Boston Whaler customer service to see if they have that part available as a repair part.

Jim posted a source for this part in the link above.
