Seat Backs for 13' Classic

We are considering purchasing a classic whaler which has the original seats, with no seat backs.

It seems you can get the Mahogany seat backs that screw into the seats to get back support, and I wondered if anyone here had experience or opinions on this. You would need to screw into the seat, which may be not advised?
Lower impact solutions would be stadium seats, or clamp on swivel seats, but if we wanted more permanent "bench backs" (either cushioned or not), are there any good solutions you all know of?

And maybe this may not be as necessary, as we typically would be 20-30 mins each way to our destination.
