I have a 1991 Outrage and need to replace the light assembly in my Perko combined sidelight navigation lamp. I have tried several places but have had no luck.
[Where can the "light assembly" in a PERKO combined sidelight navigation lamp be purchased?}

If your boat's navigation lamp was made by PERKO, I would expect you would get replacement parts from PERKO. PERKO is a very well known maker of navigation lighting gear, and they are generally in wide distribution.
Please clarify what you mean by the "light assembly"?
The "light" usually comes from a miniature electric lightbulb.
The miniature electric lightbulb is usually held in place by a socket.
The socket is usually mechanically fixed to the lamp base.
The "light" from the lightbulb shines through a color filter or lens.
A cover usually holds the lens in place and covers the lamp base.
Which components do you need?

I just replaced [some part of the combined sidelight lamp] on a [1992] Montauk, and it was probably the same [lightbulb base and wiring being sought in this discussion].
I bought a replacement lamp fixture from my local marine store just for the internal parts. I discarded the lenses in order to reuse the housing on the PERKO lamp and bow chock that came with my [1992 MONTAUK]. I had to shave down the perimeter of the black plastic mount a bit with a Dremel-Tool to get proper fit; the outcome was very nice. The internals from the new lamp I purchased from PERKO were similar [to the original lamp]--just modernized a bit. I was unable to purchase just the internals anywhere.

JHPETERSON--Are you referring to a 1991 Outrage 17? It is important to state the model since the 1973 to 2002 Montauk and 1991 to 1992 Outrage 18/19 offered a different lamp.
I would contact either Sue Lodel at Twin Cities Marine (http://www.beacontcm.com) or Nauset Marine (https://www.nausetmarine.com/boston-whaler-parts/) for the right part.
