2015 150 Merc EFI pushing a 2015 21' Montauk--Electrical problem

Hello all. I just started experiencing a parasitic battery drain concern. My local Mercury dealer doesn't have an opening until June 28! I purchased a multi-meter. I charged up the starting battery. I measured a 3.25 amp draw between the battery to motor ground wire. The other two battery ground wires were removed, the second battery disconnected, the key removed from the ignition. I just tested the alternator and it appears fine. Voltage output is above 14V at 1500 rpm. Diode check was normal. With circuit breakers instead of fuses, I'll start testing individual wires. Any ideas on next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
