1979 Striper 15' rebuilt as center console

While lurking here for several years I rebuilt a 15 Striper into a faux Montauk with a center console. The conversion took me years of part time and interrupted effort and it ain't perfect but it was time to declare it finished.

The paint. Still a few blems. A long story that I don't care to tell.

The little Suzuki 20 got me and the boat up to 20 mph (measured on the GPS) yesterday. It isn't broken in yet but I think that is likely the top speed. And I am not interested in high speed as I approach the end of my 7th decade.

The console came from SpecialtyMarine.com, as did the rub rail, bow hatch cover, bow light with chocks, bow rail.
