What is a source for a replacement roll-up cover as used on the center console of a 1992 OUTRAGE 19 II?

BACKSTORY: the roll-up door on the console of my 1992 Outrage 19 II is baked black and warped out of shape.

Boston Whaler refers to the console roll-up door as a Tambor door.

Here is a response from Boston Whaler that was posted to a separate thread on the same topic in 2014:

Unfortunately, the manufacturer that had originally produced the roll up door on the console of the 19 II Outrage has since gone out of business. Sorry, I do not have another source for a reproduction.

I'm wondering if it may be possible to add some type of electronics box or the door only, made out of marine plastic (King Starboard).
Below is one on-line source. They should be able to work with you on the specific size needed.

I would inspect its installation and try to disassemble the components and remove the door. If you warm it, you may be able to get it back in shape. If it is plastic, consider paint. There are some plastic paints that may be durable and improve its appearance.

After 30 minutes of google searching, I did find one company that appears to sell plastic slats. You may want to research, measure and call them.

There are companies that produce tambor doors in wood that you could paint and install.

PHIL--thanks for the new word in my Boston Whaler vocabulary: Tambour or tambor door.
