Ventura 210 Anchor Windlass

Give me ideas for adding an anchor windlass to a 210 VENTURA.

My parents are getting old. Where they boat in Croatia the anchor almost gets daily usage. The Ventura 210 did not come with an option for an actor windlass option.

Is the anchor rode made with all chain?

Not it is not we have I think 10 ft on rode and then its rope after that.
