How often should I remove garboard drain plug on a 250 OUTRAGE?

[Should the garboard drain plug on a 250 OUTRAGE be removed during] regular Spring maintenance?

If the boat is stored out of the water, plugs should be removed.

If stored in a rack or at a marina I would not remove it or trust them with it.
