I would not use aluminum.
I know that props are expensive but they perform better, are more durable and less prone to damage. The addage of using an aluminum prop to take the damage rather than the gearcase has been debunked.
If you absolutely have to I would go with the Yamaha aluminum. Not sure of the size. I, personally, would ask Andy @ SIM Yamaha. They are a great dealer that does online orders. I would call him and ask him what is size aluminum is comparable to the Performance Series size listed above.
