iPhone Marine GPS app for use on land?

I was looking for an iPhone 8 app for planning a trip while not on my Whaler. I have a Raymarine MFD with Navionics on the boat if that makes any difference.
What are the recommended software options for using my iPhone on land to plan a marine trip?
