What size are the edge mount Lenco trim tabs (length x width) ?
What's the code for the Lenco complete trim tabs kit (including LED tab position indicators )?

If you are referring to Allan's 190 Outrage tab install, not sure it is known. He sold his boat a long time ago and is not on the forum. He is a great guy.

I would contact Lenco customer service and reference the edge mount referenced in the article.

In the Boston Whaler manual is nothing mensioned about the size and place.
The tabs you mentioned seems to be the right size.

Boston Whaler factory installed tabs are 9X9. If you do 9X12 you smimm platform ladder wont be able to do its job correctly. Also you will have to grind part of your swimm platform bracket that rest against transom for cylinder to sit properly.You can find that info on whalerparts.com -find 2009 or 2010 190 outrage and scroll down for all info and parts that your 190 is made from. Port trim tab cable cant be installed traditional way lenco is installed but moved to transom well and than rerouted to starboard side . I did it on my 190.looks easy to do but trust me its there will be plenty of measuring and re measuring so you dont screw up.
