Replacing the wood interior in a 1986 15ft Super Sport. Old interior is beyond salvage and cost to build the interior myself is higher than the two suppliers I have found, Captains Craftsman and Specialty Marine.
Limitation for Q1-Q4: only for those that have replaced their wood interior on any classic Boston Whaler, size or configuration, with either a wood interior from Captains Craftsman or a wood interior from Specialty Marine.
Q1: Did you order from Capatins Craftsman or Specialty Marine?
Q2: Why did you choose Captains Craftsman or Specialty Marine?
Q3: What do you like and/or dislike about the interior you ordered?
Q4: Would you order from Specialty Marine or Captains Craftsman again or recommend their interiors to another Whaler owner?
Limitations for Q5: only for those who have ordered from Captains Craftsman.
Q5: I have tried to contact Jason at Captains Craftsman [but I had the wrong telephone number; I now have the correct answer and my call was promptly answered].
Q6: what other suppliers of wood interior kits for classic Boston Whalers are recommended?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Interior supplier for 1986 15 foot Super Sport
I recommend you do a site search for Specialty Marine and for Wooden Interiors. It will be eye opening. Until reading your post I had not heard of Captain Craftsman.

Thank you for the reply. I get the distinct impression that when you say "eye opening" about Specialty Marine, it is not meant in a positive way.
I need to clarify and apologize, I had the wrong telephone number for Jason's number at Captains Craftsman. Jason has proven very responsive today.
