Frank the hull weight is around around 1900 lbs. less motor and fuel for the standard model -- don't know what your motor weights the manual should tell you that! Figure 6lbs pre gallon of gas --- hope that helps Tom
PS welcome to the forum ---it is great isn't it --- you can thank JimH for all his effort and hard work getting it up and maintaining it

Tom: Got to disagree with you on this one. The 1992-1995 19' Outrage II's weigh the 1900 lbs. For the original 18' Outrage, 1983 to 1991, Boston Whaler has always shown the weight as 1250lb for the standard model, which basically only includes console and 2 swivel helm seats. There have been those, however, who have questioned this 1250lb listing. The engine ought to weigh about 420 lbs.

Regarding the 1992 change, the Reebock folks thought the original interior hull needed to be redesigned to cut the cost of the boat and add more features (the 1992 was $1000 less than the 1991), so while keeping the exterior mold intact, they changed the interior hull mold. On top of that they added a third liner panel forming most of the visible interior features. This third mold probably added the weight. All of the current Outrages are also being made this way (which is the way most traditional fiberglass boats are made), hence the heavier hull weights of the newer models. The info on the 1992 change came from a Whaler marketing Rep, and I was very interested since I have a 1986 18' outrage.
