Does anyone have a photo of the console of their 77/78 Montauk they would like to share. (serial number indicates 77 - paperwork indicates 78)

I'm getting ready to redo mine to incorporate a tach and a marine radio I got for christmas. Just looking for ideas. My boat has what I believe to be the stock black vinyl cover with three add - on teak blocks positioned to cover previous re-do's.

I'm thinking of getting a large enough peice of teak to cover the whole console and then re-mounting wheel, guages, switches, etc.

By the way, I hate the look of the laminated edge of teak ply. Would I encounter a lot of warping problems if I went with a solid peice of teak?

Chris
