I am looking for info. on original Katama wind-screen. Did it have a plexeglass window or just canvas? They were built from 1968-75. Mine is a 71 model. Does anyone have an old catalog with a picture.

al,..i'm about 99% sure mine ('75) is original./in an old bw owner's manual it's shown all canvas, could have been more than one variety though.i'll send a picture...lm

Mills still makes the windscreen. I was quoted about $250-260 for one about 3 months ago. I had one made locally off my old one for $135, using Pacific Blue Sunbrella. Turned out nive, and has a heavy vinyl window in it. Nice boats, the Katamas, aren't they?

I have a console off of a 75 katama, sans canvas/ plastic windscreen, if anyone wants it for a restoration job.
