Not to waste anyone's time, but perhaps it might be a good idea to share interesting boat related web sites with another.
I enter this site daily, and also access
a grand banks forum site (oya.com) also I often visit a site that is near and dear to my heart (gbwoodies.com)which I help conceptually design. *GB 32-77 is mine :-)
A site that you all would find interesting, as its the best site I have visited relating to owning, buying, selling or enjoying boating is (marinesurvey.com)
It would be nice to see what keep you folks busy surfing.
Besides whalerguy.com, can anyone suggest sites of interest?
Drew.

Your are right about Marinesurvey.com That guy is great. In reading his reviews I bet he is a crusty old dog who dosen't give a dam about feelings and never pulls a punch. David will never get an inch of colum space from those magazines that do "Boat Reviews" loving every tub as long as they by a full page of advertisement.

Except for general info on whalers. WWW.THEHULLTRUTH.COM is a must see on the web. More knowlegde there than anywhere else. No advertisers either, or "thewhalerguy" for that matter.

Try www.boatered.com. Good forums and pretty decent moderators.

John's Nautical & Boat Building Page
www.boat-links.com
Links to everything boats. Almost too many links, but a good place to start when looking for something. Kelly

http://bertram31.com/bertram31/images.htm

This is a web site I found dedicated to the Classic 31' Bertram. It has a good layout and some great photos of the boats.

www.boatdoctor.com It is a great place for technical help for the DIY'er. I frequent it(everyday) and have learned and helped many times over. If you like boatered, you might not like this cause we are allowed to joke around without Les Hall deleting your posts. If you have a tough skin and want to meet a great bunch of boating freaks, check it out. Do not say you are new or be prepared!
