My 15's all had SS hinges on the front hatch. My 1990 17 just has a bungee holding it in. It does not do a great job in rough seas, etc. Has anyone else used a dual hinge setup on theirs. I want to do it, do not want to drill holes so if somebody has and loves it let me know. If somebody has a better idea, or a better way to set up the bungee, let me know. Thanks!

Bigshot. In looking for an old thread I saw this. See page 7 in Cetacea. I'm sure most wouldn't do it the way I did but I like it. (In case you didn't find another way.)
