Sorry for newbie question - searched everywhere with no luck ... and hoping not to make a mistake with my first boat!

Can anyone point me to specs for an '87 Temptation 20 with a 200HP Evinrude?
Weight? Fuel capacity? Any heat/AC in this boat?

Looking for a fairly cushy ride with the occasional overnight, and some fishing from time to time. Is this my boat?

BW Temptation 20 Spec's (from BW Catalog)

LOA: 22'2" (with Whaler Drive)
Beam: 7'5"
Draft: 13"
Boat Weight: 2500 Lbs.
Weight Capacity: 2500 Lbs.
Swamped Capacity: 4000 Lbs.
Person Capacity: 10
Max Horsepower: * See note below.
Min Horsepower: 90
Transom Height: 25"
Fuel Capacity: 77 Gallons

* Max Horsepower not listed on Whaler Drive models. Max H.P. on Revenge or Outrage Outboard is 200. BW catalog shows an Outrage 20' (same hull) with Whaler Drive with twin Evinrude 140's. I guess that max H.P. for the 20' Temptation WD is around 280-300.

Since this boat has only a small forward cuddy cabin, it's unlikely that heat or A/C would be installed.

The Temptation was built in the mid to late 1980's as a sporty runabout, not a fishing boat.

You might want to consider a 20' or 22' Revenge. It was designed as fishing/overnighting/family boat. It has a suitable forward cabin, and room to fish. Also consider an Outrage 22' center console cuddy cabin model.

A number of members of this site have Revenge models. Ask them for information.

Good post, Russ. Well done. Thanks. I once saw a 20' Temptation with twin OMC 150's on it. I think the initial rating was for 300HP, but then revised to 280.
