Can anyone provide me with specifications for a Sourpuss console and seat backs to fit to a 1962 13' Whaler. I have the original wood for the sport model.

Howdy, Florida. I don't have what you ask for, but there is a Soupuss console (NIB) for sale on ebay. What timing, huh?

That is a SS console on E-bay.

Is there a difference? I think they are the same, but both different than the Sport console.

Sourpuss consoles went the whole beam. You had to climb over them to get in the back. The sport and SS went only mid way across. Sourpuss had the wrap around rail and seat back which later became an option on the sport when the sourpuss was dropped.

The Sourpuss console was full beam, as you state, and with steering on centerline, and different than the 29" wide Super Sport console. I am still looking for specs on the Sourpuss console and seats. Thanks.

Thanks for straightening me out. I thought that the Sourpuss was rigged like a Sport, but used the same centerline steering console as the SS.

There is a nice picture of a Sourpuss 13 on Cetacea Page 1. Maybe you could contact the owner for dimensions.

I have a 1972 13' Sourpuss. Let me know what measurements you need. Would a photograph help?
