On Monday at Crystal River FL I saw a 13 with a long, low fiberglass gas tank under the middle seat. It stuck out enough aft to expose the filler cap. Anyone know of a source? I tapped it, it wasn't Tempo-like, and it was Sand Tan color. Nice thing was it left so much more clean floorspace. Thanks, Curtis

It was a pate tank. Maybe a 15 gallon or so?
Local dealer has some at a good cost! Wish I had a use for one.

Curtis, I have a Pate 12 gal. in my 13'. It fits under the helm seat. It goes all the way across the boat. I built teak corner brackets and use hooks in them to bungee cord it in securely. The back of the tank extends far enough in the rear to access the gas cap. It's a very nice set up and frees up a lot of space. Regards, Jay

OK guys,

I looked around, tried to do a search, but I can't find any info on the "pate tank".

Where do I get one and how much isthe 12 gallon one that fits a 13?

I got mine from Cabella's
Moeller 12 gallon Model number M600 if I remember correctly. Great tank.
I restored my 13' and made the bench seats 15" instead of 12". I cut a hole to access the filler cap and installed a clear access plate in the seat.
