Has anyone taken a close look at the 15' whaler on e-bay ? At $4300, the pictures and description look good.
Are any of you all local to the "Orlando area" of Florida, that might have time to stop in and provide a closer look ?

I don't know Smallfrye....that boat has been around on Ebay for at least half a year, listed over and over (and commented on many times here on the FORUM). No buyers, I think because it looks pretty beat. If the starting bid is higher than what it's worth then it is doomed to just sit there, listed over and over....

But this also illustrates another important element of the selling process. If something is priced too high, be it real estate, a car or a boat, and it just sits there, then it begins to get a "stink" about it even if it isn't deserved. Every time I see this boat listed my opinion of it slides a little bit more. I think: "wow, NObody wants it therefore it must be a real piece of..."

Thanks Tom, My search of past auctions only turned up the one expired on the 13th of this month. I'll look into the archives of this site for more info.
