Hi all,

I made it back to NC from Fl with my new(77) 13' sport. Thanks for all the towing tips. The tires and bearings were cool as cucumbers the whole trip. Max speed was 68 mph. For some reason 70 mph had a wierd intermittent vibration. Not constant, on 2 seconds then off 2 seconds. Anyhow, before the shakedown cruise, I want to change the lower unit oil and get 2 new spark plugs. Any reccomendations for oil and spark plug manufacturers?

Fly- As I recollect the engine is OMC. Walmart sells lower unit oil and Champions are priced right as well. Good Luck David

Howdy, Damsel Fly.

70 seems a high speed for this to show up on those small wheels, but I think your trailer has at least one out of balance.

Red sky at night. . .

Unless you know when the water pump impellor was last changed, you might want to think about having that done. I change mine every 2 yrs.Just make sure she's pumping water on your shakedown trip. Enjoy your boat! Outraged
