Does anybody have a photo of a Squall? My email is listed. Thanks.

JimP, Whaler sent me some photos of a squall a while back when I requested them (I no longer have them on my computer). Also, there are a few squalls for sale on boattraderonline.com...just do a search for them.

Thanks. Got some photos from tjzeno (BW ad). Funny, every classified I checked had no photos. Four of them on Boat Trader, but no photos. Some guy 18 miles from me is using a Squall for a mailbox. Before I start letting my wife know that I really "need" to have it, I needed the photos.

I have a Squall on the East Coast and have been meaning to take some pictures but keep forgetting. I know it won't help your immediate need but will make a point of sending some pics to the forum after I return from my spring trip.

I have some really old photos of it somewhere but can't find them. I'll get in touch with my brother; maybe he has them.

In the meantime, I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have...

Well, you guys talked me in to it! I bought the Squall this morning for $50! Couldn't take it home as its tied upright to a tree and the transom is frozen into the ground. Several holes in it, rub rail hanging off, heavy mildew/moss, and no centerboard or sails. Though the lady might throw in some oarlocks! Gee, I probably could have offered $25. The lady has used it as a mailbox for the last 20 years, and its a local landmark... "two houses from the Whaler tied to the tree on the left". Wonder if I need an environmental study to remove it? The mailbox is hanging off a board that is fitted into the centerboard trunk. Good news is that it still has varnish on the seat!

Looks like a "fix-'er-up" project.
