My brother-in-law the sailor is looking for a new boat, and of course I think if he is going to get one it should be a Whaler. Does anyone have either an old catalog that they can scan some pictures of or know anyone selling one? Preferably the 6.2 Harpoon.

Keep your eye on Ebay. I've seen a Harpoon there, I think it is a 6.2. It's been there several times. If it appears again, you can email the owner and ask for some photos. They may have the owners manual with it.

Saw a 6.2 Harpoon flyer in West Marine here in Austin, TX a while back--$2000 with new sails and a 6 hp kicker. Will stop by for the number if you would like.

I have copies of a Harpoon owners manual and of the 4.6 rigging manual. Let me know if you need a copy.

Thanks for all the info! I had seen the web site, but nothing on there for sale right now. I will also watch Ebay. Padrefigure- I called the store but they could not find the flyer. How long ago did you see it? As we find boats, I'm sure we will have questions for those of you who own them. RWM- thanks for the link. We will give them a call.

Thanks again, and please forward any leads if you can! The knowledge on this board never ceases to amaze me.
