After reading the much beat upon post on how not to buy a whaler last week I though I would let eveyone know that good people still exist on this site. I have been looking for a 13 foot blue and white whaler for sometime,as some of you know and was about to give up when I received an E mail from Lil Whaler Lover. Dave described the boat in great detail to me and it sounded like just what I had been looking for. Only problem Dave lives 300 miles from me.I called Dave to thank him for his E mail and to tell him that he might be just a little to far for me to go, but after I talked to him for just a few minutes I knew it was the right boat and he was the right seller. Dave and I made our deal over the phone and I went up to pick up the boat on Thursday. The boat was even better than Dave described and he had spent several days getting the boat ready for me to take back to NJ. It was sure great of him to take so much time to help me out. Its good to know that a mans word is still good Thanks again Dave

Ahh, A heart warming tale after that other post about buying a Whaler. Thanks and best of luck to both of you, "gentlemen" |

Congrats! That IS the way it should be. I've had a lot of fun in the FL Keys in a 13 footer. Great little boat that get in skinny water and handle the front side reefs. Have fun. |

Funny thing, 3 posts for good news 62 posts for bad news. Not sure what that means. |
