Removable cuddy on 25 outrage

Thanks again for all the great advise on this forum! I have found out that the 25 outrage cuddy I posted earlier this week, has a removable cuddy cabin. Is this the standard (removable) or an option? Also, the armstrong bracket is a single, full width bracket, and installed by the dealer in So-Cal. There is a rough photo of it in the boattrader.com under whaler in CA. Again, any input would be appreciated as the asking price is over $25K.

Here is a link to the ad in question: http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/1/6/24962616.htm
It appears to be a standard Outrage Cuddy. The Cuddy cabin itself was never meant to be removable though it is not a direct part of the the hull. In other words it is a separate molding and was attached at the factory, so theoretically it could be removed but not in the sense of put it on for the winter, take it off for summer.
