Scars on my Whaler

With my new Suzi 4 stroke and my new mooring cover and a paint job on the EZ loader, my Sport15 looks a little like a prize fighter in a tuxedo. I love this little boat and will never sell her so I'm wondering if I should give her a face lift or leave her as is. I mean, a closer and more critical look in the mirror this morning revealed the face of an old fart, not the handsome devil that lives in my memory. Maybe I should leave my Whaler alone and we'll grow old and ugly together. As they say, warts and all.
What say you Whaler Gurus.

I presume you both have been "re-powered"?

Well, since I retired in 2001. I feel like I have more power - in my corporate days we'd call that "being empowered" but I try not to talk like that anymore.
I have steered away from other forms of repowerment although my golf buddies (known as the Viagras) are trying to convince me that there will soon be chemicals in my future.

I'm a geezer, too, with a 15 sport-- so, the hell with it. The boat is good (classic) and if I'm as good as the boat, relatively speaking, we're a long deserved match. This puppy goes faster than I need to go ( 70 hp Evinrude) but I know a great boat when I see one. Hang on, there's a great place for all us old things that work. Leave that poor boat alone.
