I hope to buy a used ventura,3 yrs old, mint cond. with a 200 merc optimax. What might this boat be worth ?

I have a 21' Ventura [2001] powred by yamaha 200 hpdi on a dually aluminum magic trailer in excellent shape, not even a nick on the rubrail and NO gelcoat cracks, with color electronics I feel its worth about $45K.
