What's the best way to remove grease smears and black trailer roller marks from the gelcoat?

Thanks.

Try Starbrite Black Streak Remover - West Marine, et al.

After that, get the clear roller ones.

3m cleaner wax combo, best in my color restore tests, great for streaks and overall shine. Grease and anything else use Simple green MARINE, the stuff is unbelieveable for any cleanup including upolstery, cusions, coolers, it will clean beyond your expectations.

A little acetone on a rag will remove most streaks.

Also, make sure your axle hubs are covered to keep from slinging grease.
