This 1984 20' Outrage has a bow rail that is very loose. Are the bolts just threaded into the fibreglass or are there nuts underneath? if there are nuts how do you get at them?

The screws are screwed into wood under the fiberglass. There are wood diagrams on this site showing where the wood is located on your boat. You just have to find the right diagram. Someone else should be able to help you much more than I can.

Ahoy CDNturbo.

Do a search for "loose bow rails". There have been several threads discussing fixes for loose rails on Montauks.

I don't see why those fixes wouldn't work just as well on your OR.
