Just bought an 88'outrage. It sits on the original Alumium Magic Loader trailer. It has seen it's share of salt water and the front cross member (galvanized) is just about shot around the mounting bolts and at the ends in general. Any body have any idea if Magic Loader is still around? I searched the web but no luck. I could probably find a metal fab shop to duplicate what is there now but if I can find one off the shelf I would prefer to do that. Any advice or experience with something like this would be appreciated.

Type in magic tilt in your search engine. I believe they made the year trailer and have been in business a long time. Goodluck

Thanks for the tips. I had tried a search but Magic Loader must no longer be around. I did consider that Magic tilt may be the same company. It turns out I have a friend who owns a machine shop who says he can duplicate the cross member easily from aluminum or steel. I lucked out on this one. While i'm on the subject though, with all the advice I've seen on this forum about how whalers should be supported on the keel, Who makes trailers that are set up for Whalers from the get go? Most I have seen seem to be bunk supported. Thanks again for the feed back. One of these days I'm actually gonna get this boat in the water.

CONTINENTAL (of Florida) makes trailers with keel rollers and bunks for lateral support.

Their pricing is excellent. I know of several Whaler owners from the Midwest that have driven down to Florida to get a new trailer from them.
