I'm storing my 20'Outrage for the winter without a trailer. Where should the blocks to support the hull go?

Howdy, Turbo.

Main support under the keel. At least 4 points. Longitudinal planks for stabilization about where bunks are on your trailer.

Actually, I think you will be fine with a block under the keel at the transom (be sure it is under the transom, not just near it) and another one forward with two supports under the chines at the stern to stabilize it laterally.

Static storage is nothing like trailering in terms of the loads that are imposed on the hull.
