Greetings -
Can anyone give me any background on the large center console pictured in this ad? (picture 2)

Was this console a BW option at the time, or is it custom? I've never seen one before on an Outrage, but it looks terrific.

That is one of the Boston Whaler Super Consoles. I believe that there were several versions offered including one with an electronics box on top. With that version, the windshield and rail/crook were replaced with an electonics box with attached windshield. Rails were added on each side of the console.
Others should be able to provide information including what years these were offered and how much they cost.

That is the 35" Super Console. These are very common, especially on the Outrage 25's. Compare it to the 40" Super Console here: http://www.capstonevalue.com/bwquestions.htm
By the way, that Outrage in Portland has been for sale for a VERY long time. At least since the beginning of last summer. The motor is a 1985, not a 1986.
