Speaking of Miami's Show, I saw one of the Whaler Display boats running south on I-95 this morning. I could tell it was a display boat because normal owners don't take a brand new 170 and saw off the front 4' of the boat! It was literally two pieces of boat, riding along on the trailer, headed south... |

You will get a good deal on that one at the boat show, the price should be half off. |

That would make a great picture--a sawn-in-half Whaler on a trailer on the highway. Any pictures of Whalers at the Miami Boat Show would be appreciated by email. We might post a few of the good ones. |

I too can verify the "two piece" whaler trailered down south on I-95. I saw it on my way upto Chapman's School of Seamanship the other morning. It is amazing how old traditions at BW dont die. |

You would think someone would proof read the copy. North Palm Beach has not annexed the area that the west marine store is in. It's in Juno Beach, which just happens to share the zipcode with North Palm Beach. What do I know, I'm a surveyor who was born in North Palm Beach, and still lives there... Funny part is, LiquidDiet and I both live in NPB and saw that whaler heading south down I-95 from Stuart. Obviously, Dave doesn't keep it at his house. |
