Hello boys, long time no post...The paint seems to be made by US paint, and the contents seem the same as Micron CSC. What do you think?

Larry,Welcome back! Where have you been? How is your daughter and your EMTing going? To answer your question, I don't know about that West paint, however Boat U.S. has Pettit "Trinidad" on sale for $125.00 a gallon, $25.00 off their regular price. Regards, Jay |

For $50 try it, can't hurt. |

It could be an inexpensive, expensive mistake. If I recall, Larry has a big Whaler. Now Larry, is that $49 a quart or gallon? You were always a "top shelf guy" right? |

Good to be back. Jackie is great, got my EMT cert, so all is pretty good. Thanks for asking/remembering.It really looks like the same formulation as the Micron CSC, although a little higher in the copper content. I'm going to try it. In the sound, all we really get is slime anyway. Thanks, Larry |

I've used it exclusively for the past four seasons - absolutely no growth and I'm in the water from April through the third week of December on eastern LI. Of course, I do run the boat a lot. Two weeks ago West had a sale and I got it for $34.00/gallon - you can't go wrong. |

I've used the West brand ablative paint for several seasons on a sailboat in Cape Cod. Results were somewhat inconsistent, but generally favorable. |
