i have a 84 22' outrage:: what suggestion does anybody have for sealing this cover need it accessable but cant get water down there

I maybe able to help,But could use more information.I agree with logan, what cover? Are you resealing the floor over the gas tank? Or fabricating a dry storage with an access cover?
