JoeyP-I am actually launching from Falmouth. So, I am not as far out on the cape as Chatham. I usually fish the Elizabeth Islands and "the Hump" towards the Vineyard. Your profile says NJ. Do you ever make it up to the Cape? -PL |

Outrage18 - Where did he catch it (if you can say). I am in Cotuit and will be finishing up pre launch work his weekend. I probably will not make it into the water for another week though because I do not think I am allowed to launch on Mothers day. I may try some casts from the beach at Pomponesset though. |

Outrage18:Is your friend Andy Nabreski? If so I saw mention of his fish on the On The Water website. If not then another 40" was landed as well. |

Woo Woo!I saw some fish working on the surface at sunset yesterday, just outside of Fiddler's Cove Marina. Unfortunately, I was working and couldn't stop to throw out a line. "There's a fine line between fishing. . . and just standing on shore like an idiot" - Steven Wright |

They have been here on Cape Ann for the past two weeks! Most are not keepers though. Friday I went out to see if there were mackeral around to catch some live bait and saw stripers schooling past me...right behind them was a pod of dolphins! The dolphins beat me to it! |

Hello all- I just wanted to give an update on my weekends activities. I caught 2 small keepers Saturday morning. They were 28&32"inches long. There are a lot of fish out there, but nobody landed anything big over the weekend. I'm sure next weeknd will be prime.Happy monday. -PL |

Gkel-Boston Harbor is full of them too! I work in Charlestown, and at lunch break, I just saw a kid pull a keeper size striper out of the water. It was right down ny the Navy Yard. Crazy! I love this time of year! -P |

I'll be out off the Vineyard this weekend in a 1980 Outrage V-20. I plan on trolling the middle ground or wasque depending on the weather. Good luck! the rookie |
