Where can I get some easy to use ones that work!

The brass and rubber ones with with the t-handle screws in the expand the rubber appear to be everwhere, even the Tru-Value hardware store in my neighborhood has them. They don't last forever, but they work fine for me. There is also a version with a longer cam action handle. Are you looking for one of these or something fancier?

Thank you for your response. I purchased my 1992 19 foot Whaler about 4 months ago. The transom plugs were the "T" handle type but the rubber was old and they needed replacement. I went to Boaters World and purchased new ones that were like the "T" handle type but after twisting the handle, you fold the handle over and they tighten the rubber plug even more. I thought this sounded good but they leaked and the handle became corroded quickly in the salt water. I just figured that maybe there is something better out there.
