I had such a good time restoring my present Whaler that I am planning to do another. Living is South Florida I come across many different models that are in dire need. In the minds of true Whaler owners is there a particular model and year or years that you feel is most collectable or desirable? Im looking forward for your response.

The more original options on the boat, the better. It is also nice to have some original paperwork, too, like the original invoice or bill of sale from the dealer.

I just love those Dump Truck Outrages!! I had a chance to buy one without a motor, but had a tandem trailer in average shape for $4500 and could kick myself every time for passing on it, but I had my Currituck with an engine, so I was looking at all of the expenses of re=powering the 21` Truck :) If i would have used my brain, I could have bought the Outrage, and then sold my Currituck to re-power her-Doh!!!!!!!! :( Jack.

The early 19/21 Outrage and Revenge models were certainly the most attractive models built.

I would have to put in a vote for the Menemsha as being the most unique and rare model.

i recently purchased a 9'2'' boston whaler squall for $275.00.
the hull has no damage, however the sail rigging had been bastardized. cleaned her up,and fixed the rigging and i'm ready to launch this little baby. any info i could gather on this design would be appreciated. i just know this model is rare.

sincerely,
astrotic
