I am considering purchasing a 1995 Rage Jet boat with a 115 HP engine. We have heard good and bad things and now are confused. Please help us by providing information. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
I have never owned a Rage but they seem to have a lot of engine problems. There are a couple of members here that have converted them to outboard. Do a search in the repair section.
Also 115 HP jet is not equal to 115 prop driven craft. Consider at least a 40% reduction in power.
I like to layout of the Rage and if I could find one with a blown engine would love to convert it.

Parts are no longer available for the jet drive unit on the 115 hp Rage, the motor is simply a 115 hp OMC.
