I'm looking at an unused dual-axel 2005 Karavan bunk trailer # UST 5500 for a 25' Outrage w/ an Armstrong Bracket and Honda 225.

Does anyone know if this would be a good fit for my boat? THANKS

At the moment, I can't remember what my brother in law's 25 Outrage weighs, but I just weighed my 22 Outrage. With 3/4 (of 77 gallons) tank of fuel and normal fishing load it weighed 5,000 pounds, including tongue weight.

I think a 5,500 pound rated trailer would be a little light, but others should chime in with more definate information.

The hull alone on the 1983 25' Outrage weighs 3,300 lbs; 3,500 lbs if it is a cuddy. Add to that about 600 lbs of motor, approximately 1,000 lbs of potential fuel, Armstrong bracket, gear, batteries, etc., and you may in fact exceed 5,500 lbs if that is indeed the trailers max capacity. Depending on your trailering habits and what you store in the boat when towing, you may want to look at something in the 7,000 lb capacity range.
