Just wondering if there are any Whaler owners in the Toms River, NJ area that have done minor gel coat, wiring and general repairs to their Whalers. What I'm looking for is maybe someone stopping by taking a look at my 1992 19' Outrage II. Looking to really shoot the sh!t and discuss some repair techniques on what I should and should not do. This is not a request for physical help, moreover a chance for me to learn some tricks about fixing/enhancing items on this boat. I purchased this boat 2 years ago from the original owner and it was in great shape and I think I should put some "love" into this year to keep it that way. The last 2 seasons I really did nothing more than sodablast the bottom and repaint. Other than that, I added oil and gas and throroughly enjoyed the boat. So if anyone is interested in sharing some knowledge let me know. |
