Is it the retractable type?
Some of the later Squall's had a drop-in type centerboard.
I have a factory print of the retractable type.
It is made of 6061 T6 aluminum.
Be glad to mail you a copy - just e-mail me your name and mailing address.

I have one still inside my 69. It does not stay retracted so I am probably going to remove it. Shoot me an offer and keep in mind shipping $$ due to it's size not weight. I sold the rudder and was amazed at how expensive it was even though it weighed very little.

I saw a note from you on the forum concerns the Squall centerboard. I bought one this summer without the Al. board and the attached lift mechanisim. Could you still send the
drawings and ect. you may have?

You might try to email at gcreasey@comcast.net to increase your odds of frontier seeing your request.

Craig & gpser -

Just sent you the Squal plans that I got from Chuck Bennett a few years ago. A 6MB file. Check your email.

The CB itself would take 15 minutes to replicate. The mechanism that retracts it into the hull would be basically impossible. I sold mine with the mechanism I think for $125 a couple months ago.

I have my squall centerboard taken apart now during my refurb project of the whole boat. If you want pictures or measuremenmts of parts let me know.

If anyone has drawings or detail pictures of the BW Squall's rudder that they can share, I would be greatly appreciative. I have refurbished my old Squall and she is beautiful, except that I am missing the rudder.
Thanks,

Like the CB, the rudder itself is just a piece of sheet metal and the tiller wood. The problem is the attchment mechanism that slides into that slot.
