EWS	posted 05-29-2009 09:53 PM ET (US)         I own a 1991 Outrage 19. Can anybody tell me the diameter of the hand rail is, that is mounted to the inside of the gunwale in the stern? I keep and use the boat up north, that is why I can't measure it myself. Thanks.
