posted 07-27-2009 06:43 PM ET (US)         I went to use my Salt Away, and the applicators cup that holds the salt away crumbled in my hand. I went to West Marine and a new one was $30. So I said I would try and fix it, and found out my wife had already thrown it away. I then found Salt Away's website and a e-mail and e-mailed them and with in 24 hours they were shipping me a whole new flushing kit. Now that is good customer service.
