I would be willing to contribute to a fund that would be a donation to the hospice from his friends at Continous Wave. Has anyone done anything like this? and would anyone join me?

The above quote was from the original thread announcing the Passing of HappyJim. I received little to no response at all.
I see a lot of members showing there sympathy in kind words & poam, will HappyJims family ever see this? feal this?
Acts of random kindness, from a group of men & women spread throughout the world with nothing other then a love for whalers & boating in common.....can say more.
I know money is tight for everyone. This jesture of kindness to his family would show we are more than just words on a screen. A pledge in any amount is acceptable.
