Four prior threads announced this product:

Kentfab Engineering TRANSDAPTER 13 Engine Bracket

Transom elevator or jack plate

Honda 30-HP in Short Shaft Length

Kentfab Engineering Transom Adaptor for Boston Whaler 13-foot Boats

"Hope this helps someone."

It would be more helpful if someone would actually buy this product, install it on their classic Boston Whaler 13-footer, and give us a first hand account of how it worked out.

I forgot to mention in my earlier post that the Transdapter's weight is approx. 15 lb +. for those wondering. I liked the idea and was going to order this week until I was told the price. Found a short shaft yeasterday so I'm all set for now.

This item is getting lots of free advertising here. Maybe they should offer it to this site at a more realistic/attractive price.
