Some great information has been gathered from searching this site for all types of information and some of it has touched on other manufacturers utilizing full foam hull construction similar to Boston Whaler. The following manufacturers utilized a foam in-place construction:

Wahoo
Edgewater
Henry O
Dell Quay
McKee

Are there other manufacturers who made/make boats utilizing this hull construction method? Any guesses as to what the additional mold and manufacturing costs are for this type of hull construction?

I am not sure about Key West boats. I looked at their site and didn't see much if anything on foam filled hulls. I owned a 1992 2020 bluewater and it was a real small 20' boat. The glass in that model was overlaid on top of wood. Bad sealing of deck screws on the pedistal seats caused the floor to go bad (wood rot)

Check out the last video in "Manufacturing Plant" section of Key West's website. The video is titled "Ever seen half a boat float?" It is exactly like the Whaler half boat. You can see all the foam. Built a lot like a Whaler only they add a stringer system.

Wahoo! and Mckee (both defunct) had different construction methods.

Wahoo! was essentially a traditional 2 piece construction with block and blown in foarm. Thick outer hull.

Mckee, like Whaler used pressurized foam injection.

Triumph injects 3lb foam into the hull voids. The roplene hull material floats as well.

This article explains the difference among building styles, including unibond and ramcap:
