Great photo, Peter. Drifting offshore, void of people, in clear water. Here is my overexposed version of the same: http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1078/1084821235_83174b13de_b.jpg |

Wow, what a great picture. Looks like 2011 calendar material to me ... and I've got a new desktop background! |

Did somebody say "desktop"? Not an Outrage (gave up after trying for 2 years to find a nice one), but here's my new desktop thanks to WT, the prolific NorCal Whaler photographer. http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c391/boatdryver/Norcal%20Whalers%2009/ DSC_3004.jpg JimL |

May not be a classic but sure is sweet! How 'bout that lighting. Only thing missing is Gisele Bundchen posing in the cockpit! |

Beautiful photo of your boat pglein. Could you tell me what the snaps around the bow are used for? Mine has twist fasteners where yours has snaps, and mine also has snaps all around the inside lip of the bow. I did not get canvas with the boat when I bought it. |

The snaps are for the canvas, which I really don't use anymore. The canvas is in decent shape, but the hardware for the frame is in poor shape. Honestly, it wasn't very will made. Replacing it is on my list, along with getting the bow railing riveted nad re-installed (and a lot of other things), of things to do on the boat. The picture was taken on the west shore of Cutts Island in Carr Inlet on Puget Sound, on a Monday night. |
