We were in Manhattan today pulling a new 25 Edgewater to the Show and found some neat new toys. The show will be a nice day for sure, and the first sign of Spring. http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x44/ribside/nybs6.jpg http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x44/ribside/nybs2.jpg http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x44/ribside/nybs4.jpg http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x44/ribside/nybs3.jpg http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x44/ribside/nybs7.jpg |

I didn't know Boston Whaler made boats that could go on snow. LOL |

Not sure if we will be going, as the last couple of times it did not have enough fishing boats for my taste. Still a fun day in the city, though. We *will* be at the Atlantic City show (which we missed last year due to a snowstorm) as I get to stay at The Water Club and have a night of casino gambling at Borgata. |

Saw a few fairly large (25-28 foot class) boats under shrink wrap on NJ's highways today, all headed east towards the show. Always a harbinger of spring.

I saw several trucks towing empty boat trailers into the metro NY area on I-95 today. Providence RI boat show is also occurring this weekend. I will wait for the Boston show. |

Ive been to so many boatshows in the past that they all start to seem the same, same boats, same electronics, same sales people. After looking at these pictures, I think it would be more interesting to see how they set the show up, than to see the actual show. What trade are the workers that set this show up? Riggers, Theatrical stage hands? Dan |

Don't waste your time or money. It is sad to see what has happened to this show. Save your money for the Atlantic City show. I walked over after work Wednesday. The Boston Whaler display was pretty good, with a good selection of boats. And I got to see my dream boat, a Back Cove 30. Dan |
